The English Curling Association aims to support, promote and develop the sport of curling in England and unite curlers throughout England in the brotherhood of curling. It also sends teams to major International competitions. Read more about the ECA

Currently there is only one place to play curling in England (in Kent) but we are trying to get other ice rinks interested. If you are keen to play then please get in touch with us.

2010 OLYMPIC UPDATE
As the 2010 Winter Olympics approach you cannot fail to have seen coverage of the new star of British curling, Eve Muirhead in all of the newspapers. So what can you do if you have been enthused by the performance of the British curlers in Canada?

If you live close to Kent you are lucky as you have a curling rink to go to - see link above

However if you live a distance away from Kent I am afraid that you are unlucky as there is little curling elsewhere in England. iceSheffield do have the facilities to play curling to a very basic level and there will also be curling at an outdoor rink in Durham, but unfortunately few other ice rinks have the equipment to offer curling as an activity.

If you live in the North you can travel to Kelso or Lockerbie in Scotland  while there is also a facility across the border in Wales at Queensferry.
