The English Curling Association has a number of Corporate Sponsorship and Advertising opportunities and some of them are listed below:

National Championships Sponsor

The 2007 English National Championships will be played at Fenton’s Rink in Kent in February 2007. The winning Men’s and Ladies’ teams will represent England at the 2007 European Curling Championships in Germany and, if they qualify, the 2008 World Curling Championships. The winning teams will wear the ECA’s National Championships Sponsor’s appropriate logo on the front of their playing kit (max size: 10cm x 10cm).

Team Sponsors

The English Curling Association has many teams competing around the world who are looking for sponsors. The ECA is interested in talking to all companies and businesses about team sponsorship. Opportunities are available in all of the following categories and from as little as £1000 per annum:

• Mens
• Womens
• Junior Mens
• Junior Womens
• Senior Mens
• Senior Womens
• Mixed
• Wheelchair.

In all of these categories, the ECA is looking to send teams to the European and / or World Championships. All sponsorships for National Teams have to be endorsed by the English Curling Association.

Development Sponsors

In 2001, the ECA appointed Stephen Hinds as their National Development Director. His goal is to build ten Curling Centres around England by 2022, so that 80% of the population is within one hours travelling time of a Curling Centre. In order to achieve this, it is estimated that £15 million will be required. Companies and other organisations that help us to achieve our goal will receive priority media exposure, rink side advertising space and promotional Events (Corporate Entertaining and Team Building) at the new Curling Centres as they are built. There will also be Sponsorship opportunities available.
